Monte Froehlich, SEC, SIOR, CCIM
A native Nebraskan, Monte Froehlich graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln with a BS in Food Science and an MBA with Finance concentration. Monte has worked in a variety of disciplines, including department supervisor for Gillette Dairy, Quality Control Manager for Meadow Gold Dairy, Financial Analyst for MDS Pharma Services, and Finance Manager for the Nashua Corporation in Omaha. He has also taught math and finance courses at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
In 1995, Monte turned a hobby of real estate investment into his current profession of commercial real estate ownership, brokerage, development, management and consultation. He is the only Realtor in Lincoln, Nebraska to hold professional designations of both CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and the only Realtor in the United States with all three designations, CCIM, SIOR, and SEC (Society of Exchange Counselors). With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Monte is CEO of his real estate firm, U.S. Property.
