Monte Froehlich, CEO

A native Nebraskan, Monte graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln with a BS in Food Science and an MBA with Finance concentration. Monte has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, but has also worked in a variety of disciplines, including Gillette Dairy, Meadow Gold Dairy, MDS Pharma Services, and Nashua Corporation. He has also taught math and finance courses at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.  In 1995, Monte turned a hobby of real estate investment into his current profession of commercial real estate ownership, development, and management.  His super-human talent is driving in reverse at a high rate of speed.

Lisa Froehlich, Owner

Lisa was raised in Omaha, NE and attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln where she earned her degree in Elementary Education.  When she isn’t busy being mom and grandma, Lisa spends time on her own personal business as an Independent Jeweler with Premier Designs.  Lisa is also very active in the Lincoln community having served or is currently serving for Junior League, Friends of Lied Board, Downtown Lincoln Association, Rotary, just to name a few.  Lisa’s super-human talent is her ability to host one or fifty people with little to no notice…and no stress!

Jessica Lindersmith, VP of Operations

Jessica graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a degree in Interior Design.  She came to U.S. Property in August 2009 as an Administrative Assistant and will take on any new challenge she’s given.  She’s in her “sweet spot” when she’s designing and managing projects. Outside of our walls, Jessica is busy raising four boys with her husband so there is rarely any down time!  Her super-human talent is her moth-like hearing!

Ashley Johnson, Commercial Property Manager

Ashley graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a degree in Business Administration.  She came to U.S. Property in April 2014 and continues to excel in all things detailed.  When Ashley isn’t at work checking things off of her list she is at home being a mom while her husband goes fishing.  Her super-human talent is her natural ability to clean and organize…she’s our real life Marie Kondo!

Julie Murdoch, Accounting Manager

Julie graduated from the Nebraska Wesleyan University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.  She also earned her Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.  Julie came to U.S. Property in December 2014 and has proven to defy the stereotype of accountants.  When Julie isn’t busy crunching numbers and playing with spreadsheets, she is a wife, a mother of two and a rockstar volleyball player.  Her super-human talent is saying the alphabet backwards at light-speed!

Devany Ray, Residential Property Manager

Devany graduated from Doane College with a degree in Public Administration.  She also earned her Master of Arts in Business Management from Doane College.  Devany came to U.S. Property in April 2016 with ten years of residential management experience and an innate ability to take care of people.  When Devany isn’t busy “woo-ing,” she spends time with family and friends and travels to warmer places!  Her super-human hidden talent is that she can sing!

Colin Mues, In-House Counsel

Colin graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a degree in Management and an emphasis in Information Systems.  He also earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law.  Colin came to U.S. Property in March 2018 with extensive experience in civil litigation.  When Colin isn’t buried in legal documents, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, snow skiing and playing tennis.  His super-human talent is that he’s really good at ping pong!

Jared Froehlich, Commercial Property Manager

Jared graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing & Spanish.  Jared came to U.S. Property in March 2018 and has jumped in with both feet.  Jared has an ability to talk to anyone in the room like he’s known them for years.  When he isn’t busy filling space Jared spends time with his wife and getting involved in some friendly competitive sports.  His super-human talent is doing a standing backflip!
